Airlie Beach

A proposal for an iconic residential complex. The scheme was triggered from the clients call for an alternative to the concrete block and slab vernacular. 

studio505 designed a series of simple forms, able to be prefabricated and installed in rapid time on site within the down time window.

The apartments have internalised balconies to the side of the living spaces, avoiding the traditional balcony in front and deep plan issues with light.
