Dylan Brady and Dirk Zimmermann met whilst working closely together on the Federation Square project in Melbourne, Australia, respectively for LAB and Atelier One.

Together they designed the atrium structure, the unique facades, and folded geometries of the various difficult and unique facade systems and architectures across the city centre project.

Our integrated design review was able to save hundreds of millions of dollars, improve NLA by significant amounts and provided vast improvements on constructability.

The development of a perforated aluminium façade screen for a 20,000m2 shopping centre in Riyadh. The project was designed for Lab Architecture Studio and was developed from a series of very basic sketches into a fully designed and costed solution.

studio505 were commissioned to carry out a complete ESD and innovation review of China's largest and most prominent construction project, designed by Gensler architects.

The review identified great innovative construction ideas, world first sustainable practice and technological innovations and various integrated design initiatives that would have put the tower at the forefront of sustainable high rise and vertical city living.
